Cincinnati Placenta Encapsulation

Hello all! I’ve had many people reach out to ask about what Dream Catcher Birth Services is doing to keep ourselves and our clients safe. Your health is absolutely a priority, especially now, so I wanted to address this publicly.

During this time, I will only be offering placenta encapsulation (sadly I can not take doula clients) and will be taking additional steps to keep this process as Covid-19-free as possible. I ALWAYS disinfect my tools and work surface with a medical-grade disinfectant, cavicide, as well as use gloves, a facemask, and a designated work area for everyone’s protection. I am certified in Bloodborne Pathogens, and dehydrate placentas at the highest temperature possible, 160 degrees, for a full 24 hours to remove all remaining moisture and kill as many germs/pathogens as possible. This makes an average of 120 shelf-stable purely placenta capsules.

While neither my family nor I have exhibited any symptoms, I am also asking clients to store their capsules for a full 72 hours before consuming. The latest research says that Covid-19 can live up to 72 hours on glass and stainless steel and it is certainly better safe than sorry right now.

To book, check out my tab above, titled Placenta Encapsulation.

Please feel free reach out if you have any questions.
