I made a list recently of my needs on a daily basis, so I can stop always putting myself last. If I add myself to my To-Do list then I’ll succeed. It really works!
My list includes:
- 20 minutes of silence
- 20 minutes of exercise
- wearing clean clothes
- being in a tidy environment
- connecting with each member of my family for 20 minutes each day
- drinking at least 2 quarts of water (can you tell we use mason jars as cups around here LOL)
- eating enough protein
- connecting with a friend or loved one
Don’t forget yourself as you care for your families. You’re important too!
